	Tennis Courts The Tennis courts are located near the front entrance to the neighborhood. There are two full-size courts. Please click here for gate codes.
	The Grounds Once having been the site of the grand garden known as Flowerland, the grounds of D'youville offer history and nature for homeowners to view. There are many places to take a walk and enjoy a rare natural setting ITP. You can even view the remains of an old saw-mill on the creek near the waterfall.
